Credit unions are known for excellent member service, but in this competitive market there's always room for improvement. At the Teller Workshop you'll learn, discuss, and practice the skills for success on your credit union's frontline. You'll discover how to make your service shine, prevent fraud, handle emergencies, and comply with regulations. This workshop focuses on the uniqueness of credit unions and builds the skills necessary to become a successful, professional teller. You'll learn:

TUITION
Registration Fee, Attendee: $199 per person

Registration is $199 per attendee or $169 each for multiple attendees from your credit union. To receive the multiple attendee discount, all registrations must be processed in the same order.

Small CU Discounts: CUs under $10 million in assets receive a 25% discount by entering promotion code 0925CU on the "Complete Checkout" page.

Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.

This is helpful sales and service training for everyone serving on your credit union's frontline, including member service staff, tellers, and their supervisors.

CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was June 2, 2010. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
