This session will examine the current state of consumer bankruptcy and how it continues to impact credit unions. This session will also focus on bankruptcy recovery and loss reduction programs. You’ll receive the most up-to-date content based on the rapidly changing legislative agenda.

Christy is an attorney with Sherpy & Jones. She concentrates her practice in the areas of creditor/debtor rights, bankruptcy, collections, and foreclosure. In addition to her credit union training activities, she has served as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
