SEMINAR OVERVIEW
Many robberies in the U.S. are committed by thieves disguised as customers who pass a note or make a verbal demand to a teller. Are you prepared to handle a situation like this? Robberies can happen anywhere at any time, so make sure you know what to do. Attend and you’ll learn how to get a robber in and out of the credit union quickly and safely, identify things to watch for even if you’re not a frontline employee, and learn to care for the victim and rest of the staff within your credit union after a robbery occurs. INSTRUCTORS
Julie Schulte, MS, CUDE Julie began working with the Missouri Credit Union Association on October 19, 1998 as training specialist. In November, 2002 Julie received the Credit Union National Association’s Standing Ovation Award of Merit for outstanding training. This is an honor of which she is very proud. In June, 2003 Julie was promoted to director, education and training. Since starting with the Missouri Credit Union Association, Julie has trained thousands of credit union employees. Her fun, casual style of training is very popular with all of her participants.

This workshop is designed for managers and frontline staff of credit unions who want to prevent and prepare for robberies.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on November 30, 2010 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after November 30, 2010. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost.
