The Pinehurst reservation form must be completed and mailed to the resort. Reservations are not accepted via fax or phone. Deposits are refunded only if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.Single occupancy: $238 per person. Double occupancy: $170 per person. Rates are per person, per night and include lodging, breakfast, and dinner.

Registration Fee, Attendee: $450 per person

The registration fee for credit unions with less than $5 million in assets is $175 ($205 after May 8, 2008)

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on May 31, 2008 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after May 31, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
