The Pinehurst reservation form must be completed and mailed to the resort. Reservations are not accepted via fax or phone. Deposits are refunded only if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.Single occupancy: $238 per person. Double occupancy: $170 per person. Rates are per person, per night and include lodging, breakfast, and dinner.

TUITION
Registration Fee, Attendee: $450 per person

The registration fee for credit unions with less than $5 million in assets is $205.

CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was May 31, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost.
