Jeanne Couchois Jeanne is a compliance specialist for the North Carolina Credit Union League. In this position, she analyzes state and federal laws and rules and regulations that affect credit unions. She also assists member credit unions with their compliance programs and conducts training sessions. Prior to joining the league, Jeanne worked for the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union.
