We all know that stories have the power to capture the minds and touch the hearts of the masses. During this webinar, you'll learn how to effectively harness the incredible power of stories to influence, persuade, and inspire real and lasting change at your credit union. Learn how to use stories to increase engagement, improve morale, inspire results, and positively affect your world of work.

  • The easiest way to improve your storytelling skills

INSTRUCTOR
Kirk Weisler
Kirk began his personal cultural revolution to make work matter and make culture count and succeeded in creating an excellent leadership training program for all managers, pioneered the development of a full-scale corporate university featuring a two-year curriculum, built an award-winning customer service quality program and created an industry-leading employee recognition program. Kirk's efforts also contributed heavily to the creation of over 700 jobs. His role as chief morale officer helped achieve an attrition rate that was five times less than the industry and a 97% referral rate for new hires.

Kirk is an expert on creating culture, change, community and connections in the workplace. He has shared his engaging message with business leaders and corporations worldwide including People Soft, Lockheed Martin, Fossil and GE. He's also known for writing a true story for scoopers and poopers, The Dog Poop Initiative.


WEBINAR OVERVIEW
Just like in face-to-face classes, CUNA Webinars allow you to see and hear a presentation, ask questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a speakerphone and computer with Internet connection. With a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was August 10, 2010. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
